If you are looking to buy or sell then Goadsby is your estate agent to go to. I don't often agree to completing reviews unless I feel they warrant one. Some four years ago my daughter purchased her property via Goadsby and found the whole service extremely professional as a buyer, so when the time came for her to sell her flat Goadsby was her first choice in estate agents to sell the property, as she knew exactly how they made her feel as a buyer and she wanted that top level of service for her and her buyer when she sold. My daughter hasn't been disappointed, from the start to the recent completion she was supported through the journey of selling. We mainly dealt with Rob and Reece and their support, communication and advice with regards to how they would market the property, attend each viewing and give feedback was fantastic, it was just wash she wanted. As the flat was a leasehold property she did have a couple of challenges to overcome during the conveyancing process (a Deed of Variation being one of them) but the team at Goadsby were fantastic, always at the end of the telephone and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to Rob and Reece and the rest of the team at Goadsby for doing what you do and doing is so well, everyone we spoke to at Goadsby were fantastic, they really went the extra mile so many times. I cannot recommend Goadsby Southampton highly enough! James Deaville especially was so supportive throughout the stressful process of selling mum's house and sympathetic to her condition. The whole team were always available to answer questions or stand firmly in our corner. They certainly earn their commission and are well worth it!

I let with this agency for 5 years and they have always been extremely helpful and nice. They always came beck to me with answers to every questions and solutions to every problem in a very short. I had a scare about having a pest infestation and they informed the police state manager the same day so they could send someone to assess the situation (thankfully there was no pest there). They liaised with my landlord when I needed contract extension and we’re very understanding of my busy schedule. Regular a management checks were done and the report was always thiurough and helpful. Overall cannot recommend them enough.

James Deaville has been a wonderful negotiator. He has been most helpful and has kept us fully informed throughout the complete buying process. He deserves the 5 stars.

Initially I was concerned about the property being under probate. It was made clear to me that the grant of probate could take up to 6 months to materialise. However, as it turned out it took longer for the buyer of my house to sign the contract than for the probate to be granted. At every stage of the proceedings Goadsby and in particular James Deaville have been very prompt, helpful and accurate in their dealings with me and I shall not hesitate to recommend their services should the opportunity arise.
