Reece kept us updated as frequently as possible throughout our purchasing journey, with regular check-ins to ensure everything was going as well as required. In our experience with dealing with both Reece & Rob, their knowledge proved invaluable and made the process as efficient as possible for us. Their welcoming demeanour was a breath of fresh air, and made our experience enjoyable. No problem was ever too much, and I would recommend Goadsby Southampton to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

Great service from Rob, Reece and Mandy. A challenging purchasers solicitor and delays due to slow moving managing agents meant the team at Goadsby have had to work extra hard to get this across the line. Good efforts all round.

So far one of the better experiences of estate agents but many of them invent truths that do not exist to push on their quest for the commision they may earn Moving home is difficult enough with many things that can stress you out but hold yourself together and be careful not to listen to all the things you are told, work through the info

The Southampton team were excellent in selling my Father house. They marketed well and once a buyer was chosen they were very good at liaising between buyer and seller and keeping things moving along. I would have no hesitation in rec.mmending Goadsby
