The service we have received from Laura is nothing short of exemplary. My daughter had to leave her tenancy and Laura made a very difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. Managing the transfer of the tenancy from my daughter to the permitted resident was handled in an extremely professional and compassionate manner, with the minimum of fuss.
