We received very professional advice and help in promoting our property. Viewings were arranged and we were kept informed of the results. Towards the end we did have three weeks where there were no viewings booked and we did not hear anything from the agents. It would have been useful for someone to touch base with us at some point in those three weeks. In the end we had to ask for reasons why we had heard nothing.

I cannot fault the service we had mainly from Reece but also Rob and Mandy. I was kept updated all through the purchase of my property. They are all an asset to Goadsby, I will happily recommend you to anyone I know who might be thinking of selling.

The service we have received from Laura is nothing short of exemplary. My daughter had to leave her tenancy and Laura made a very difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. Managing the transfer of the tenancy from my daughter to the permitted resident was handled in an extremely professional and compassionate manner, with the minimum of fuss. Laura could not have done more to make it as straightforward as possible. Thank you.
