Contacted Goadsby to market a new build property in May , Rob who I was dealing with done everything and more from making sure the advert , pictures and description were right to getting a sale agreed in good time considering the current market has been slow. Throughout the sale Rob has kept both myself and the buyers informed and was personally hands on with any queries. I’ve been more than happy throughout and can highly recommend. 11/10 😊

They don't need chasing and are always available to help with any concerns. Most of our dealings have been with Rob Ward however Reece and James Deville have been on hand as well. From probate valuation to the marketing process and subsequent sale negotiations, their advice and strategy have been first class. Ours has been a difficult sale but throughout their clear thinking, judgement, information and updating have been excellent. I would recommend Goadsby 100%
