Goadsby Southampton were ace from start to finish. Transparent, honest, realistic. Approachable and personable. We felt comfortable with them right from the off whereas other agents we spoke to were pushy and unrealistic, Rob and Reece were down to earth and easy to work with. Even when things were lagging or getting complicated, they worked so hard to get things going again and I am so grateful to the whole team for their support, but especially Reece. That dude deserves a medal or something!

Excellent communication throughout the process and professional handling of the sale of my house.

Submitted an application on the Saturday so that I was the first person getting the application in. Comfortably met all of the necessary criteria but instead the estate agents decided to allow several other applicants and pit me against other people. Not sure why when I put in the offer, offered the holding deposit and was ready to move in ASAP. Really don't understand why they would need to aquire any other potential candidates. I then wait a week with minimal communication from anybody just to get a phone call on the proposed move in date a full week later to be told "the landlord has decided to take the property off of the market due to a change of circumstances" just seems very odd the whole process, and the change of circumstances explanation sounds like a cop out because they weren't comfortable telling me they preffered to go with somebody else.

We were grateful for the professional, approachable and responsive service from Reece at Goadsby throughout the process of buying our first home. We always received very prompt responses to our queries as well as regular updates.
