Southampton Reviews

Both Lily and James at the Southampton branch have been brilliant in helping me sell my deceased brother's non standard construction house, after having used an Auction House and a couple of other Estate Agents and failing miserably, I am so glad I did some research and found Goadsbys. So helpful and understanding and really kept me informed on what was happening the whole way through. I would most certainly recommend them. Brilliant Team!!

Great service from Goadsby, especially Rob Ward, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Rob provided incredible support, guidance and professionalism, making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all his help in securing our new family home. I would highly recommend Goadsby, and especially Rob, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for everything — we’re truly grateful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with . The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and prompt, and they always kept me updated every step of the way. Their knowledge of the local market and commitment to great customer service made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. A truly outstanding service from start to finish!

Contacted Goadsby to market a new build property in May , Rob who I was dealing with done everything and more from making sure the advert , pictures and description were right to getting a sale agreed in good time considering the current market has been slow. Throughout the sale Rob has kept both myself and the buyers informed and was personally hands on with any queries. I’ve been more than happy throughout and can highly recommend. 11/10 😊

Goadsby have been easily the best estate agent that we have had dealings with. The team are friendly, efficient, professional but in particular, they do what they say they will do and are always on top of things. They don't need chasing and are always available to help with any concerns. Most of our dealings have been with Rob Ward however Reece and James Deville have been on hand as well. From probate valuation to the marketing process and subsequent sale negotiations, their advice and strategy have been first class. Ours has been a difficult sale but throughout their clear thinking, judgement, information and updating have been excellent. I would recommend Goadsby 100%

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish & Robert Ward went above and beyond. Thanks a lot!

Great service, couldn’t have completed my house purchase without Rob Ward who was super helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

I recently sold my property through Goadsby and were pleased with the overall service. Rob and the Team (Southampton) were friendly, professional, and kept things moving throughout what turned out to be a longer process due to the buyer/solicitor. They were always helpful when we had questions and supported us through to completion. Thank you for helping us get everything over the line.

I have been involved in 3 sales over the last few years, with various Southampton agents. Goadsby are far and away the best agent we have used. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.
