Tom and the team at Goadsby have been amazing. The communication has been brilliant. Really appreciate all Toms hard work over the last couple of months, keeping me informed on the chain’s progress, and also with my solicitors and has always been easy to get hold of. Even when I called the office, everyone was able to help with all my queries, they have all been great. Would highly recommend Goadsby to sell!

We were very pleased with the help and advice Nicola Coaker gave us in the complex purchase of a leasehold retirement flat. She kept a steady eye on our solicitor's progress and kept us up to date with the process, which took over 3 months. Nicole is extremely competent, knows her business, and was immediately helpful as we struggled with new information and the slow process between solicitors in buying a leasehold flat in a retirement housing association.
