Contacted them about renting a place, they told me the person responsible would call me, they never contacted back, similar with email

We approached Goadsby, a long established firm. We had Emma show us exactly what we wanted and was helped make a choice . Everything went smoothly and we were well supported by Emma as this was our first rental, apart from hospital accommodation.
