Very disappointing experience. I made it clear which properties I wanted to move forward with, nothing seemed to happen unless I chased repeatedly. I somehow managed to contact the Landlords through another agenc and found out that They werent even informed. For a commercial property agency, basic communication and follow-through shouldn’t be optional. Unfortunately, the service felt disorganised and indifferent, and I was left with no confidence that anything was being handled properly. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to others.

Not sure What to say really. How bad Can any commercial estate agents be managed. Called ELEVEN times to arrange to view premises but no one got back to me. Those phones must be burner ones since it never gets picked up.

Zero respect for clients. Repeatedly failed to answer phone calls and emails, and never followed up on properties despite clear expressions of interest. Communication is virtually non-existent, and there is no sense of professionalism or accountability. As a client, you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness—neither were provided. Experiences like this are exactly why the commercial property sector gets a bad reputation. Unfortunately, this agency operates more like a cowboy outfit than a professional service. Would not recommend.
