good communications and fairly painless transaction. It would have been better if we just were asked for all the info on day one so we could send references, bank statements, passport photos signatures etc all in one email. or even just a web form to fill in would be perfect. but natalie looked after us well thanks for that

I've dealt with Edd personally over the past 6 months and I cant say enough about how helpful he has been. From the initial viewing to the several shortly after as I wanted to measure up, I never seemed to be a burden and Edd was very accommodating.
