What ultimately made me choose to use Goadsby was that when Lynne came round to my flat to do a valuation she was interested in both me as well as the flat. She took the time to properly look round and ask me questions about the flat. She also gave me advice on how best to present it for photos and viewings. She made me feel like she actually cared, although that's obviously part of her job, the fact that she made that effort mattered to me. When we talked through all the details on her form Lynne gave me detailed information about what it all meant so I actually had an understanding of it all. She also didn't pressure me to use Goadsby but gave me time to make a decision and I would have felt comfortable to let her know if I had decided not to use Goadsby after all. This was in direct contrast to another estate agent who came to my flat to do a valuation. He rushed through everything and pretty much asked me to hand over my keys on the spot!

We were pleased with Goadsby and Andrew but we just weren�t informed he was going on holiday and this was the week of our exchange / completion

Good service & friendly staff

From a sellers point of view, the regular updates were reassuring and being kept in the picture an absolute bonus!

Our involvement was due to a bereavement. We live 250 miles from the house. We have no knowledge of the area. Goadsby handled our situation very sensitively throughout. Andrew and colleagues were very thorough. There was no pressure at all.We were very grateful and impressed with the service.
