I am a long-time landlord who has used Goadsby's a number of times to find tenants for my flat. Their service is very efficient and effective, and they always find me a good tenant. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Not the easiest chain to deal with but Alice was f****** fantastic!

The support I had from the chandlers Ford branch was very much a double team effort with Andrew doing a lot of the early work and Josie getting to exchange and completion stage. The most pleasing aspect was that which ever one I spoke to knew exactly what the current position was. Both were very courteous to deal with and they would always call back when messages were left and would also provide unprompted updates which was very handy. The difference between Goadbsy and my selling agent Morris Dibben was night and day, as with all recommendations the proof is in the pudding and my mum is now buying through Chamdlers Ford branch.<br /><br />

We bought our property through Goadsby and were very impressed with both Andrew and Josie, who we dealt with along the way. Both were always kind, approachable and professional in their manner. Our own sale unfortunately fell through 3 times, but each time Andrew kept everyone informed and worked tirelessly at keeping the chain together. Would definitely recommend.

Very good and professional at all times. I liked when first came round we had a conversation rather than talked at. A couple of other firms talked at me telling me they were the largest in the area and seamed to think I would automatically go with them. Very good service from start to finish.
