Andrew and the wider team have helped me a great deal over the last few months and really made it easy to purchase my first house! Happy to communicate by email or phone as appropriate, it was their ability to keep me updated which i appreciated the most. Thoroughly recommended!

We had to move during the 'lock down' (long overdue review - sorry guys!) and Dan Salkeld was amazingly proactive and helpful. He even took a video of the property with his phone so we could see it! Everything was dealt with very quickly and our move facilitated amazingly smoothly, especially given the constraints at the time. They definitely went above and beyond.... I can't recommend them enough. Thank you very much!

I would highly recommend using Goadsby Estate Agents. Andrew helped us with the sale of my mum's bungalow, and he was extemely professional and helpful at all times. Throughout the sale, Andrew kept us fully informed of progress. On several occasions we needed assistance with finding electricians, house clearance people, etc, and Andrew was always very helpful in providing us with the names of people to contact. I recently rented a property through Goadsby Chandler's Ford. I have found Goadsby to be very professional, friendly and helpful during the whole process of becoming a new tenant. Heard great things about them only to be let down. Nice people but ineffective estate agents ive had more views in last two weeks with another estate agents then 3 months with Goadsby. Various issues happened with Goadsby from lose of Keys to turning up to viewings without keys. When we eventually sold there was hardly any communication from them about what was going on and to find out the buyer pulled out and went with another property with them wasnt great. When issues were raised with them nothing was particulally done and when stated were going to another estate agents the response was basically was ok bye - Wouldn't Recommend and definitely wont be using again
