Generally the presentation of the company and the options for selling were given very well by Lynne, and we were happy to proceed as she suggested. Subsequent contact, primarily with Alice regarding progress and any other issues was very good. The only thing that did take the shine off was, not being local, it had been agreed the final meter readings would be done by Goadsby, but Goadsby decided to ask the buyer to do it. In the event the buyer didn't provide the readings for nearly a week after completion.

Thank you so much Andrew Mathys for all of your help and assistance throughout the (very longwinded) sale. You were always so helpful and informative! The process would have been a lot more miserable if you were not part of it. I would highly recommend Goadsby, and Andrew in particular, to my friends and family for property sales.

Andrew was wonderful throughout the whole process. Very friendly, helpful, always kept us informed & treated us as a valued customer, a friend. I have recently exchanged and completed on buy to let flat bought through Goadsby. Josie Grant has been brilliant throughout the process and stayed close to the transaction being incredibly helpful and personable along the way. A big plus for me, was the service provided by Andrew Mathys, whilst this was a prolonged sale and an "executor" task, it was made so much easier by the professionalism shown by Andrew and his team at Chandlers Ford. Andrew and the whole team in the chandlers ford branch were extremely helpful and kept us well informed with regular updates.<br />They achieved a quick sale at the price we had hoped for with cash buyers. A very friendly and efficient team in comparison to the agent we were purchasing our new home through. Andrew chased our sale regularly to speed things along even during an extremely busy time and with limited staff due to covid. There is not one thing that we were unhappy with or that we felt needed improvement.
