We want to say a huge thank you to Andrew in particular but also Josie who helped to get things over the line. Bank delays due to Covid made what should have a simple sale into a very stressful experience but they were always available to reassure us and our sellers when needed. They also somehow managed to get everything completed without my husband having a heart attack from this stress which I think was touch and go at times! We really appreciated their patience and professionalism and think that they very much earned their fee. Thank you.

Brilliant service throughout, it began with Lynne's enthusiasm and buoyant character, and progressed with Lynne and Alice, who despite these difficult times were both excellent, always providing regular updates and always providing quick responses to any queries. Generally the presentation of the company and the options for selling were given very well by Lynne, and we were happy to proceed as she suggested. Subsequent contact, primarily with Alice regarding progress and any other issues was very good. The only thing that did take the shine off was, not being local, it had been agreed the final meter readings would be done by Goadsby, but Goadsby decided to ask the buyer to do it. In the event the buyer didn't provide the readings for nearly a week after completion.

Thank you so much Andrew Mathys for all of your help and assistance throughout the (very longwinded) sale. You were always so helpful and informative! The process would have been a lot more miserable if you were not part of it. I would highly recommend Goadsby, and Andrew in particular, to my friends and family for property sales.
