I was satisfied with the level of service provided by Becky and Charlotte. I found Charlotte to be more informative than my own solicitor when it came to progress updates regarding our purchase and that I was grateful for. I did find it odd, however, that the branch manager never made any contact with me at all. Even just to check in and see how things were going. Also that there was never any welcome card/bottle of fizz in the fridge when we moved in just to add the extra touch. If you are striving to be the best estate agent when it comes to "personal service" these little things matter.

Isabella was really helpful when looking for our first rented property in Bournemouth. She was super friendly and attentive to our emails and calls. She ensured that she chose appropriate properties to fit our requirements. Goadsby as a whole have seemed like a good estate agents in comparison to others in the area. I will definitely go back to Isabella when looking for another property.

We asked to view a house and the viewing were booked for today and confirmed (10AM, 10/09), we got there and no one appeared, we called and you said that you sent an email asking for confirmation today (10/09) and that you wouldn't appear to show us the house. That's just off.
