Benchmarx Take Space At Broadstone Way Trade Centre, Poole

Goadsby, on behalf of IPIF, have let Units 14 and 15 Broadstone Way Trade Centre, Poole to Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery Ltd.  The units total 5,070 sq ft, have a 6m eaves height and consent for industrial/warehouse use with 10% ancillary trade sales.  The quoting rental was £52,390 per annum exclusive and Benchmarx have signed a 10 year lease.

Chris Wilson, Director Goadsby commented “Broadstone Way Trade Centre was built in 2006 and has been popular due to its prominence to the busy traffic light junction at Broadstone Way and Cabot Lane.  The lettings of Units 14 and 15 means that the estate is fully let and occupiers include Screwfix and Arco.  These lettings are symptomatic of the recent increased demand from the trade counter sector.”
