29 August 2019 Brooke happily showed us around the property 3 times. She was prompt, professional and in no rush to finish the viewings. Didn't feel pressured into buying the property. Any queries were looked into quickly & we were regularly updated on the progress of our purchase. Very happy with the service. Thank you Brooke.

19 August 2019 Brooke was very patient with us & kept us well informed. We'd struggled to sell our house & once sold STC we were keen to find a suitable property. We were aiming for a July/Aug exchange & completion and Brooke kept the pressure on with those higher up the chain. She was regularly in contact with us even if she had no further news. She was a great help and we would like you to pass on our thanks to her.

21 March 2019 I felt Beth was very knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic at keeping me updated with how things were progressing. There was a slight spanner in the works right towards the end but Beth continued to keep me informed and reassured.

11 March 2019 Goadsby also act as letting agents. They have always been very professional and efficient. They have a great network of tradespeople for all those little emergencies and jobs that need doing. Inspections are always carried out on time and a report received. Would recommend.

14 January 2019 Beth has been fantastic, her communication, honesty and attention to detail have been brilliant!! Very professional even though we became impatient at times!! We have achieved so much today, thanks to Beth. Sorry it was rushed when I brought the keys in today but I had an angry cat in my car 😂 Would recommend Goadsby every time! 17 October 2018 I was genuinely very happy with the communication and honesty throughout. Compared to my previous experience of purchasing (not with Goadsby), this was a huge improvement. I was always promptly responded to, kept informed of any developments and any enquiries were responded to professionally and courteously.
An issue in the chain created a delay, but keeping everything transparent took away any tension and concern that would be easy to creep in. Beth also looked into several issues, and came up with practical solutions that suited both parties. This saved time and unquestionably; money and stress!
