1 March 2019 Goadsby sold my flat for me and were a rare example of straightforward, helpful agents. They worked very hard to find a good buyer, got almost all my asking price and were supportive during the sale process too. I wish all the estate agents I've encountered were this easy to deal with!

27 February 2019 We have just purchased our gorgeous new home through Goadsby in Poole. Jack Fletcher was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful and efficient, replying to all emails and getting answers for us really quickly. Jack helped us through a couple of sticking points in the purchase and, in my opinion, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better as our estate agent - thanks so much Jack - Goadsby are lucky to have you!!

22 February 2019 We have been landlords of rented property in the UK since 1984. This is the most efficient and professional group that we have experienced. Their rates are also very competitive.

22 February 2019 We moved two properties to Goadsby in 2016 when we became dissatisfied with our previous company's service and have been very pleased with the level of service they have provided. I arranged the move through Lettings Manager, Claire Martin, who was extremely professional and efficient, prompt to respond and has been supportive ever since. Claire was instrumental in connecting us with the relevant Goadsby branch where the second property was. The wider Goadsby team from the Poole and Wimborne branches, especially Adam, Gary, Chloe and Charlene, are also supportive, proactive with communication and willing to assist. We were so impressed with Goadsby that we asked them to manage a third property in 2017 and would unhesitatingly recommend them to others.

15 February 2019 From my inital converstion with the office in Poole to James delivering the keys to me so I didn't need to pop into the office, I found the whole transation of selling and purchasing my new home relatively event free.
James leads a very good team who all are knowledgeable and courteous with no question too much for them. They responded to any questions very quickly and all viewings were accompanied which was the sort of service I was looking for. Thank you James, Oliver and the rest of the team.

7 January 2019 Purchased my first home through Goadsby in Poole and dealt with James Silverton. A polite gentlemen who kept me well informed and was very helpful during a stressful time. Would recommend to anyone.

18 October 2018 My property was listed on a Thursday and offer accepted on the Saturday. I dealt with a senior sales negotiator, Jack Fletcher, who was the epitome of helpfulness throughout the process. At all times he was totally professional, responsive and supportive. He was a point of sanity in what can be a long process. Thanks Jack. Job well done.

12 October 2018 I cannot praise Goadsbys Poole enough for supporting us through our first house purchase. Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. I cannot thank Jack Fletcher enough. He was informative, supportive and so professional throughout our time with them. He really did make our experience as stress-free as he possibly could. Messages were always passed on, call backs happened promptly and helpful advice was given when necessary. Thank you for helping us buy our first family home!

3 September 2018 Absolutely amazing service from Jack and the team!! Myself and my other half were first time buyers and complete novices when it came to purchasing a property. Jack was ESSENTIAL in ensuring we got our dream house! We went through 3 other Property Agents in Poole and they were nothing in comparison to Jack and Goadsby. Jack understood our needs and did everything possible to make sure it was a stress free transition from letting to buying. I cannot recommend Jack and the rest of the team at Goadsby enough; we are looking forward to buying our next house just so we can use Goadbsy and Jack again! 3 September 2018 WOW!!!! Customer Service at its best! There are a lot of companies not just estate agents that could learn a lot from these guys! As a first time buyer it was all very daunting but Goadsby Poole and specifically Jack were amazing. There was a "hiccup" but with solicitors NOT agency and what can I say...... they went above and beyond!! As a result of their professionalism and other brilliant qualities it meant my partner and I got our first house together!! People are quick to MOAN but not very quick to praise..... I cannot praise this branch and Jack enough. I will be recommending them at every opportunity possible and they will be the first people we go to as and when we decide to upsize. Words cannot do the service we received justice. AMAZING!!!! Thank you Jack and James who dealt directly with us and also to the rest of the team.
