13 November 2019 Thank you James and Jack for your wonderful service during the sale of our house! The recommendations you made and the fact that you kept us informed throughout the process, even though we were out of the country for most of it, were a real bonus and took away all the stress of selling our family home. Thank you again, we will certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of selling!

11 November 2019 I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Goadsby Estate Agents Poole for my recent purchase, and I must say the whole process was effortless and pain free and seemed to be very quick. The branch manager James was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and answered all my questions without hesitation and had a good awareness of everything I needed to complete my purchase. The team at Poole were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend anyone buying or selling to give these guys a try. Thanks for all your time even if I thought my questions were a bit silly sometimes, you never made me feel like I couldn't ask it. I look forward to dealing with you again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

18 October 2019 Best Estate agents I've ever used, Jack Fletcher and all the staff are excellent. Always polite and courteous and never give up, mine is a challenging property and most would have given up but not Goadsby Poole. I will be using again for sure and totally recommend. 1 October 2019 James kept me informed and was always courteous, even when I was pushing him for daily updates when the chain was delaying! We achieved the price that we discussed at the time of instruction so I walked away very satisfied with the overall service and outcome that I received.

The reason I went with you was because I viewed a property through your Broadstone office and David Price (I think) was keen to introduce me to your Poole office for a valuation. If it weren't for him recommending your other office I would have been marketing through Adams and Rose whom I purchased the property from.

We achieved the price that we discussed so I walked away very satisfied with the overall service I received.

29 August 2019 An excellent service from Goadsby Poole and Jack Smith in particular. For various reasons our purchase was not straightforward but Jack was always extremely helpful and willing to attend many viewings. Thanks to Jack and the Goadsby staff we have now finalised the purchase and are delighted. We would highly recommend Goadsbys for their professionalism, unwavering assistance and friendliness.

24 July 2019 From start to finish we couldn't have had a better experience. It is refreshing to find a Company who still put customer service first. We dealt with James Silverton to set everything up, then Jack Fletcher looked after us throughout. Both are a credit to their Company. They answered every question, sorted every query/problem regardless of size, helped us with dealing with solicitors and most importantly always rang back when they promised. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't use anyone else ourselves. Well done guys.

19 July 2019 We were impressed from the start and we were helped at all stages. The staff was very kind and eased our way to our new home. We only moved In 2 days ago and would have got around thanking all but we are still surrounded by boxes!!!!!! Thank you everyone.

The team were so helpful, enthusiastic, and worked so well together to achieve the end result. If you want a 'switched on' agent who will get the job done, then look no further. 15 May 2019 Everyone says how stressful selling and buying a house is and it wasn't until I sold my house that I actually started to believe this however the employees at Goadsby Poole; particularly James Silverton; were amazing. They produced amazing house details and we really accommodating when it cam to viewings. They were also great at at getting situations resolved near the completion date and keeping me regularly updated and reassured. I would definitely recommend them as a five star estate agent. Thank you to everyone at Goadsby Poole.
