29 November 2021 Matt provided a professional service to myself and my brother when we recently had to sell our Mum's flat. He found a buyer very quickly and was super supportive throughout the process. We will be using Goadsby when we come to sell our own property. Five Star Service.

28 October 2021 Professional service throughout the process. Kept us informed, especially towards the end when there were a few issues. Matt and Emily maintained good communications throughout. This was of particular importance as we do not live locally so it was essential to have reliable information.

1 September 2021 We rented a property located in Poole for a year through the help of Goadsby Estate Agent (Poole Branch). Claire Martin from Goadsby is very professional and responsive. She is also very friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience renting a property through Goadsby and we would recommend using Goadsby estate agent to everyone.

22 August 2021 Everyone I ever spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and professional. Emily was absolutely fabulous throughout. I can highly recommend Goadsby, excellent service.

14 August 2021 Having previously chosen to only use independent Estate Agents Goadsby’s Poole completely changed our mindset. Due to a purchase of a property they were marketing we agreed to let them sell ours. Jess, Emily and Matthew were entirely professional with contact even on their days off. Our sale fell through at one point, however Jess rescued this within hours and completion was successful. I would definitely recommend and of course use again.

21 July 2021 Matt and Jessica, provided empathy and professionalism during the sale of my late friends property. There were several difficult moments during the process, but they provided support and efficiency in resolving all these issues. They kept in touch and took me through each and every step, to achieve a successful conclusion. I would not hesitate in recommending this particular office, Manager and staff.

26 June 2021 The Goadsby team worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of my property. Despite the difficulties of Covid they worked so hard and kept me informed at every turn. I simply cannot fault their commitment to ensuring my sale.

21 May 2021 COVID delayed the whole process of selling my property, however Goadsby’s worked hard to get offers and finalise the sale. I would recommend them.

13 April 2021 We were very impressed with the time and personal attention given to us when The Goadsby Office Manager himself came out to value our house for selling. The sale was actually completed within our deadline timescale, and for the asking Price.
