5 August 2021 I have recently bought and sold through Goadsby and the team worked tirelessly to get the chain completed before the stamp duty deadline. For that I am incredibly grateful. As I am sure you can imagine this was a very difficult time to to buy and sell a house, but throughout the whole process I was confident that the team were doing everything to push the sales through in a professional and courteous manner. Throughout the whole transaction commnication was great and I would get an answer to any query pretty much within the hour. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Thanks again Josie and Andrew for all of your support.

2 August 2021 I recently sold my house through Goadsby and it was in the very safe hands of Josie. What should have been a simple transaction turned quickly into a nightmare caused by an incompetent solicitor and ended up dragging on months. Josie never dropped her energy and drive to resolve the issues and ended up doing a lot of the work that my solicitor was too lazy to bother with. I can’t recommend Goadsby enough and Josie in particular. Fantastic service from a great team. A rarity these days.

18 July 2021 Goadsby handled the letting of our flat superbly. Ryan Purewal was excellent in his dealings with us. They quickly found a suitable tenant and the whole process was smooth and problem-free. The communication was excellent and we will use Goadsby again for future lettings.

15 July 2021 We used Goadsby with Andrew to sell our semi-detached house in Chandlers Ford. Andrew and the team were fantastic throughout. Sold super quick and then he held our part of the chain together over many months after it collapsed twice at the top. Highly recommended and we would use again for sure.

13 July 2021 We have been using Goadsby to find tenants for our property for the past 8 years and we must say that the staff are so lovely, very professional and efficient. Recently they found us tenants within a couple of weeks and all was sorted very efficiently. Thanking Ryan especially for all his help! It was a five star service for us.

26 May 2021 Andrew and the team provided an amazing service on the property we purchased. Always available for advice, accommodated viewings to help us plan for improvements, and chased up our vendors and solicitors for updates. Would highly recommend.

16 May 2021 Andrew and Josie were absolutely excellent. Extremely organised, efficient, helpful, very knowledgeable and always friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Buying and selling a house is always a stressful process but their calmness always helps you through and makes everything OK. They go above and beyond any other estate agent we’ve known. They completely get that it’s not just the seller who’s important, it’s the buyer as well. It was by chance looking through google reviews that I called them and I’m so glad I did. They are definitely the best!!

29 April 2021 Goadsby, Chandler's Ford were a great support in our recent house purchase. From the outset, Andrew was first class and his expertise and knowledge of the local area were invaluable. We greatly appreciated being looked after by the team and we will be glad to use this branch in the future.

6 April 2021 Our relationship with Goadsby, and in particular Josie began about 5 years or so ago when I requested a market valuation. We weren't ready to move at that point so Josie asked if she could keep in touch which she did - just a phone call every 6 months, never pushy, just happy to advise and wait until the time was right. That time was February 2020 - we went on the market and almost straight into lockdown! Our sale will complete later this month and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josie and Andrew at Goadsby Chandlers Ford - they have been professional throughout, always replied promptly to queries and didn't hassle us at all, even when it seemed as if we were never going to find our onward purchase! Thank you!
