Excellent service I would recommend HOWEVER the ''progressive sales '' pitch totally spoilt the move. Every week, sometimes twice a week, someone from Goadsby, someone from my solicitor and someone from Miles & Barr would telephone to ''move'' things along. Especially with my Magna hiatus the pressure was unpleasant and ongoing. Always courteous but relentless ........not nice.

We do appreciate and acknowledge your comments regarding the progression of your sale and whilst we pride ourselves on our proactive approach, our industry as a whole does fall short far too many times on the lack of 'communication' front. We make no apologies for contacting our clients on a weekly basis to keep them informed of progress whether they are buying or selling. In this instance it would appear that you were also updated regularly by your solicitor and the agent you were purchasing from and we can appreciate that this may have become overwhelming for you. If you had let us know this at the time we would have aligned our updates in a more acceptable timeframe for you. Nevertheless we are pleased we were able to assist you with your sale and wish you well in your new home. Kind regards.
