This attractive development of just four family homes is located on the fringe of Chickerell, offering an exceptional opportunity to acquire a new home close to Dorset's celebrated Jurassic Coast and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
Chickerell is a popular and growing town whilst still located in a position offering an easy commute to the seaside town of Weymouth, county town of Dorchester and market town of Bridport. The area is a particular favourite for families and young professionals, due to its active community and well regarded schools. Scenic walks along the south west coast path taking in breath taking views along the Jurassic coast and Fleet lagoon are on the peripheral of the town.
Nearby - Weymouth has everything you would expect from a bustling and popular seaside resort. It has a choice of supermarkets, a huge variety of shops and excellent attractions. The sandy sweep of Weymouth bay with its shallow inshore waters is a magnet for families in the summer. From Weymouth rail station trains run to Dorchester and on to London Waterloo. Sailing enthusiasts will be in their element, with the busy harbour and waters of both Weymouth Bay and Portland harbour close by; sailing and windsurfing conditions are among the best in the UK. To the west of Chickerell the scenic B3157 coast road runs through Abbotsbury, with its famous Swannery and sub-tropical gardens, to Bridport, Lyme Regis and onwards along the Jurassic Coast to Devon.
