James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company’s Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to  Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018.  Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike.

James lives in Bournemouth and is married with 3 children.
