Marcus joined Goadsby in the mid 1970s and has seen them expand considerably.

He deals with all types of commercial properties including hotels, businesses and undertakes a whole range of valuations for different purposes. He also deals with Landlord & Tenant work.

He was Chairman of the local Bournemouth & District Association of Estate Agents in 1991 and for several years in the 1990s was an elected member of Christchurch Borough Council, being Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee. He has been on the local RICS Wessex Branch Committee for the past several years and is now its Chairman.
