Ian joined the hotel department of Goadsby & Harding in 1982 as an office junior and has remained with the company ever since. Progressing through the ranks, he is proud that no agent has sold more hotels regionally and in achieving this is consistently a top agency fee earner. A member of the National Association of Estate Agents (Commercial), he has earned the reputation as the go to man for hotel sales and acquisitions in Bournemouth. He is a longstanding AFC Bournemouth Season ticket holder, a Bournemouth Ambassador as awarded by the National Coastal Tourism Academy Board and an active sponsor of the DMB & Dorset Tourism Awards.
