Darren joined Goadsby in 2013 after a successful 15 year career in General Insurance where he was fortunate to gain experience in most departments. His transferrable skills in Customer Service, underpinned by an NVQ3 qualification in Customer Service, and property maintenance and repairs have been an invaluable foundation for a new path in Property Management.
He particularly enjoys the problem solving element of his current role where accurate identification of building defects, a correct repair solution and effective communication between the client, the tenant and contractor is essential. Darren has secured a number of new management client instructions and successfully trialled software for paperless tenancy extensions.
