Chris joined the Business Space department of Goadsby Commercial in 1993 having graduated from Greenwich University with an honours degree in Estate Management. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and following a number of promotions became Director of Business Space in 2008 and Director of Business Space & Marketing in 2009. Chris specialises in Industrial/Warehouse Agency and Development in Dorset, Hampshire and South Wiltshire. He has built strong relationships with both Private and Public sector clients on a local, regional and national level and has been instrumental in the master planning of a number major Business Parks along the Central South Coast region.
