Oliver has been a member of the property management team since early 2022.

Having previously worked in the property industry on construction sites, Oliver has gone on to develop his management experience studying Business Management at University of Surrey, graduating with honours.

Oliver manages a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This includes both flats let on ASTs and long leasehold; industrial; retail and business parks. This gives Oliver an exciting variety of day to day challenges.

Oliver relishes the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse array of individuals including clients; tenants; and contractors. Building strong relationships helps him to be proactive in achieving client-centric outcomes. 

A highlight to date of Oliver’s time at Goadsby has been the taking over of the management of a major retail scheme in Bournemouth town centre for an international client. This work involved setting up a new service charge budget including multiple schedules, and subsequently working with multiple PLCs and multi-national chain tenants. In setting up the new budget, Oliver was able to make efficiency savings whilst also adding services. The end result was a budget reduction of 21% whilst adding services for roadway repairs, resolution of a roof leak, and the implementation of parking enforcement to stop fly parkers. This then helped to facilitate a multi-million pound sale for our client.

Oliver is now keen to develop his knowledge and skills within the industry by studying to become a member of the RICS.
