Gemma joined Goadsby in 2014, shortly after completing her degree in History at the University of Winchester. She quickly rose through the ranks of Negotiator to Senior Negotiator after consistently being in the Top 5 Negotiators within the company and was promoted to Assistant Manager in July 2016.   A further promotion came in March 2018 to Lettings Manager of our busy Southampton branch.  Gemma has started 2020 with a new role of running our Eastleigh Lettings branch and is looking forward to the challenges of a different market.

In her spare time Gemma enjoys keeping fit, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
