Alex joined Goadsby as a Trainee Management Assistant in late 2018 and has been a Property Manager since September 2021.

Prior to his life at Goadsby Alex had experience in Residential Property Development working with a local developer on luxury housing schemes. His role included development appraisals, budgeting and contractor sign off.

At Goadsby Alex has been involved in managing various properties both residential and commercial. He is proud to have won and set up a new property instruction for the department of a mixed-use development of 32,000 sq ft of offices, and 17 floors of Student Accommodation. He has Recently taken on the management of a Property Company portfolio including residential, office, retail, and industrial units.

Alex is continuing to widen his knowledge in primarily commercial property management whilst undertaking his assessment to join the RICS as an Associate with his submission due this year.
