Joey Blythe

Joey joined the team in November 2024. He is currently involved in managing a large residential portfolio for one of our key property management clients, where his strong transferable skills from local government have been an asset.

Joey plays an active role in supporting his colleagues and, as part of his ongoing training has been conducting property inspections alongside addressing day-to-day matters with both tenants and landlords.

With a clear focus on professional growth, Joey is committed to advancing his career and aims to become an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
