Since joining Goadsby in 2012, Adam has built his career around property, people and delivering a professional service.
Starting at Goadsby’s busy Salisbury branch, he quickly progressed into management before moving to run the Wimborne office in 2015, where he developed a strong reputation for professionalism and community involvement. He later oversaw the Winchester office, gaining further valuable experience across the property market.
Today, Adam leads Goadsby’s Poole Lettings Department, drawing on his extensive experience and rental market knowledge to help landlords navigate the lettings process with confidence, providing clear advice and a reliable, professional service.
Outside work, Adam is an avid ultrarunner who enjoys pushing his limits, as well as a keen baker and golfer.
