Successes of Last Week’s Open Day

Following on from the successes of last week’s open day at 10 Bedford place, we are pleased to say we received 5 offers in total by the deadline on Friday. A sale has since been agreeable to the owner of the property, far in excess of the initial OIEO £200,000 asking price. After much deliberation, it was agreed to go with this buyer on the basis of their offer and the speed in which they are hoping to complete on the property.
