Goadsby Winchester continue their success in the student lettings market.

The lettings team were recently instructed to market three student properties, two six-bedroom houses and a four-bedroom house. The landlords were thrilled to learn that we had tenants secured within the first week of marketing!

The three properties received a lot of interest from students who were sadly let down when we advised them that they had been let so quickly, so we still have some actively looking student applicants who are keen to secure somewhere quickly.
