Planning Permission for Replacement Dwelling

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for the demolition of the bungalow known as Bexington, Lime Kiln Road, Lytchett Matravers, to allow for the construction of a new two storey house on the site. The design, by Etchingham Morris Architects, shows a traditional brick built cottage style house with a front entrance porch and dormer windows.
