Planning Permission for New Flats in Parkstone

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has received planning permission for the extension of one of the existing blocks of flats at Firgrove Court, Bournemouth Road, Parkstone, to create an additional 9 flats. The extension is in two parts – a new block of 5 flats linked to the central part of the main building – and 4 more flats constructed on the existing roof. The plans also include new balconies and patios, together with purpose built cycle and bin stores. The scheme was designed by Harriplan.

The planning permission is subject to off-site financial contributions towards the mitigation of off-site environmental impacts on Dorset Heathlands and Poole Harbour.
