Planning Application For Two Bungalows In Parkstone
Updated: December 5, 2024
Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby has obtained outline planning permission for the development of two bungalows on land to the rear of four existing dwellings in Livingstone Road, Parkstone. The development proposes changes to the access to the site, as well as new bin and cycle store facilities for the existing dwellings.
The application was accompanied by a Bio-Diversity Net Gain (BNG) report, a standard requirement for most small development sites. Now that planning permission has been granted, the BNG will ensure that on-site natural habitats will be enhanced.
The scheme design is by Harriplan.
