Planning Appeal Submitted for Christchurch Site
Updated: November 4, 2024
Acting on behalf of Libra Homes Ltd., Goadsby has submitted an appeal against the decision of BCP Council to refuse planning permission for the conversion of a house to offices, and the construction of a replacement dwelling at Purewell, Christchurch. The proposal also includes new car and cycle parking facilities.
The refusal was based on potential future flooding of the site, and the fact that the proposed offices are slightly outside of the identified commercial zone. A decision from the Planning Inspectorate is expected in early 2025.
