Goadsby, acting on behalf of the landlord, have successfully let 73a Station Road in New Milton to Grape Tree, a national retailer specialising in health foods and wellbeing products.

The unit, formerly occupied by Halifax Bank was stripped back to a shell condition by our client, who also installed a new shop front prior to Grape Tree taking occupation.
