Goadsby have, on behalf of a Forelle Estates Ltd, let the first floor of Holes Bay House, Marshes End, Poole to Unicard who are relocating from Ferndown.
The building, which is situated approximately 2 miles north of Poole town centre, has been extensively refurbished by Forelle Estates Ltd to provide high quality office accommodation with excellent car-parking.
