Industrial Re-Letting In Bournemouth

Goadsby Commercial have successfully negotiated the re-letting of an industrial unit in Elliott Road, Bournemouth. Acting for the landlord a local charitable trust, the Survey & Valuation department negotiated a 12% uplift in rent with a further fixed increase in 2024.
