Incredible Generosity of Ferndown Residents

Goadsby in Ferndown are overwhelmed with the generosity of local residents who have been dropping in gifts for Wave 105fms Mission Christmas campaign. Tim Winslade Branch Manager comments “It is fantastic to see people on a daily basis attending the office with multiple Christmas gifts for children”. Tim Continues “Having advertised our collection box in the window and after printing and delivering 1000 Leaflets locally the response has been tremendous”.

The aim of Mission Christmas, organised by Planet Radio is to make sure children across the UK wake up to a present on Christmas morning. Sadly many children and young people from families who are living in poverty are at-risk of waking up to nothing.

There is only one week left until the collection date, if any other residents would like to donate a gift please pop into the office located at 503 Ringwood Road.
