Hat-Trick Of Deals Brings Three Businesses Together In Southbourne
Three neighbouring properties in Southbourne have been the subject of a hat-trick of deals, with Goadsby completing a sale and two new lettings to Kin Reformer Studio, Conexus Tuition and Sobo Fitness.
The three transactions involve 120-122, 124 and 128-130 Seabourne Road, bringing three businesses into neighbouring premises within the popular Bournemouth suburb of Southbourne.
At 120-122 Seabourne Road, formerly occupied by Sobo Fitness, Kin Reformer Studio agreed a new lease, with the deal being conditional upon the sale of 128-130 Seabourne Road which was purchased by Sobo Fitness. The sale subsequently completed, allowing the letting to Kin Reformer Studio to proceed and securing a new home for the Reformer Pilates business.
At 124 Seabourne Road, Conexus Tuition have also taken a new lease, completing a trio of transactions involving three neighbouring properties.
