From A Bank To A Lounge

Loungers have opened their 261st Lounge in New Milton to add to their overall estate of 301 sites!

The building, formerly occupied by HSBC has undergone a major transformation and is now home to Espino Lounge, an all-day neighbourhood café and bar.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Goadsby were instructed to market the former bank and subsequently carried out the letting to Loungers.
