Acting on behalf of Ruislip Manor Properties Ltd, Goadsby has received planning permission for amendments to the proposed development of 10 flats at Firgrove Court, Parkstone. The scheme comprises 4 flats above an existing block, and 6 flats in an extension. The amendments modify the original planning permission, granted in 2023.

Once developed Firgrove Court site will accommodate a total of 41 apartments.
