Are Rents Increasing?

Two separate sets of figures this week have suggests that newly agreed rents are continuing to rise across the UK. The latest Landbay Rental Index claims that rents in the UK increased on average 0.69% year on year, but specifically 1.57% in the South West of the UK. They also suggest the average rental in the South West is £748 pcm.
