Application For Conversion of Vacant Care Home to Flats
Updated: May 27, 2022
Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the conversion of Shottsford House in Blandford Forum to 16 flats. Formerly in use as a care home for people with special needs, the building has been empty for two and a half years. It has now been acquired by Goadsby’s clients, and is now ripe for conversion to a combination of one and two bedroom open market flats.
A decision is expected from Dorset Council in the summer.
