Acting on behalf of the head lessee, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the use of 5 East Portway, Andover, for light and general industry, storage and distribution. Currently vacant, the commercial unit had previously been used for research and development in the aviation industry.

A decision is expected from Test Valley Borough Council later this summer.
