Corfe Castle Model Village & Tea Rooms Sold By Goadsby

The iconic Corfe Castle Model Village and Tea Rooms has been sold “off market” by Goadsby’s specialist Business Transfer Division.

The business is located adjacent to Corfe Castle in the centre of the village and features a scale model of Corfe Castle village as it was in 1646.

The property comprises a 24 cover tea room, with 70 patio covers, a gift shop, a first floor owners apartment and the model village and gardens.

The previous owners, Ed and Emily Paris owned and operated the business for 16 years and developed a thriving and highly profitable venture.  The business has been sold to Macelio de Andrade, who is an experienced restauranteur and hotelier having worked in the hotel sector for many years.

Mark Nurse, Associate Director from Goadsby commented, “The Corfe Castle Model Village and Tea Rooms was offered very discretely to a few “hand-picked” buyers so as not to disrupt the operation of the business.  With the new season ahead, this is a very exciting time for the new owner and with a strong and experienced team in place I have no doubt the business will continue to go from strength to strength”.

For further information on our current business listings or if you wish to sell your business, please contact Mark Nurse on 01202 550000 or by email: mark.nurse@goadsby.com
