Decoration and maintenance work has been successfully completed at Granville Chambers, Richmond Hill, a prominent Grade II listed building in central Bournemouth, following Goadsby Building Consultancy’s appointment as Contract Administrator for these works.

Goadsby Building Consultancy was able to produce and tender a specification of work which allowed tenders to be easily compared and ensured tight cost control.  Goadsby Building Consultancy also undertook on-site inspections to validate that the works undertaken were good quality and matched the specification.  This approach enabled the project to be delivered below budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
