Acting on behalf of a private leaseholder, Goadsby Commercial have secured a sub-letting of 88 Above Bar Street, Southampton.  

The City Centre retail unit, is within a high footfall area of Above Bar Street and comprises ground floor retail and basement totally approximately 3,372 sq ft.    The passing rental was £55,000 pa.
